Company Overview:

JD Logistics Venray operates as a dedicated fulfillment center for Hunkemöller as a main client, managing daily warehouse and distribution activities that support both e-commerce orders and retail store replenishment across Europe. The operation handles end-to-end warehouse processes, including inbound receipt from suppliers, quality control, put-away, inventory management, order picking, packing, outbound shipping, and returns processing.

Job Description:

This position involves a variety of warehouse tasks including:

  • Returns: Pre-inspection, quality check, put away
  • Picking: Order picking, working in a fully automated system where robotic locations deliver items to the picket, sorting picked items into totes.
  • Binning: Operating an automated sorting system based on product codes, allocating items into assigned boxes or containers, transporting filled containers
  • Packing: Packing customer orders, selecting appropiate packaging materials, ensuring accuracy, completeness and quality 
  • Spider: Stacking cartons onto pallets, planning pallet layout, operating an EPT pallet truck (certificate preferred).

General Requirements 

  •  Ability to work standing for 8 hours per shift 
  •  Good physical fitness 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Communicative level of English (preferred) 
  • High motivation and willingness to work 
  • Flexibility and readiness to learn multiple positions

  • The work is not physically demanding, you don’t need to lift heavy stuff, the working hours are stable, and attractive shift allowances are provided.

Shifts & Working Hours:

  • 2 shifts (In high season sometimes third shift) 
  • 32-40 hours per week
  • Breaks: 2×30 minutes

Requirements:

  • Communicative level of English, sufficient to communicate with supervisors at work  
  • Good physical condition, readiness for standing work and a fast-paced environment 
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility during busy or peak periods
  • Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks

Compensation:

Base wage: 

  • €14.71/hour 

Overtime rates: 

  • 108.75%: 2 shifts allowance
  • Saturday: 150%
  • Sunday: 200%

  • Furnished accommodation (2 persons per room).

  • Commute: Company car/ bicycle.
