Job Description:
As a Production Worker, you will be involved in various stages of meat processing across different departments:
1. Animal Slaughter Department - Schonelijn:
- Humanely processing animals and confirming death with carbon dioxide and electronic tongs.
- Removing hooves, draining blood, and cleaning the carcass, including dehairing.
2. Machinelijn - Stal:
- Cutting the tail, removing the bladder, and opening the carcass using machinery, then removing internal parts and organs with pneumatic tools.
- Processing organs in groups, performing health checks, and extracting fat using machines and vacuum.
3. Impac Slaughterhouse – Packing Hot Organs:
- Removing the head and drilling into the ear cartilage, then detaching and sorting organs.
- Packing sorted organs into packages based on customer requirements and applying labels.
4. Intestinal Cleansing Department – White Organs:
- Cleaning fresh, hot intestines in water and separating the pancreas for insulin production.
- Opening and cleaning stomachs for further processing.
5. Packing of Meat Products (Chilled Meat, 5°C):
- Cutting and packing various meat products like neck, cutlet, and ribs into trays and cartons.
- Vacuum packaging the products and arranging them on pallets.
Specifics:
- After an introduction day, you'll be assigned a consistent shift in a specific department; knife skills are desirable.
- Be ready to work in warm conditions (30-35°C) with freshly processed meat, including strong odors and visual aspects.
Shifts:
- Possible Start Times: 04:00, 05:00, 07:00, 08:30, 09:00, 12:00, 13:30, 14:00, 17:00, 21:00.
- Working Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week with various shift patterns.
- Breaks: 3 breaks (2 x 15 minutes, 1 x 30 minutes).

Requirements
- Language: Basic Polish, English, or Romanian required.
- Couples are welcome, but they won't work together in the same department.
What We Offer
Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: €14,40
- Overtime and Shift Rates:
- Monday-Friday: 04:00 - 06:00: 117%, 19:00 - 22:00: 117%, 22:00 - 04:00: 135%
- Saturday: 137.50%

- Accommodation: Furnished house with 2 persons per room.
- Commute: House is 4 km from the workplace. Employees commute by bicycle.
